Amazing, but it's not the days, but the feeling in general, when I was PMO I would not be able to focus, but now I can focus whole day straight.

 

Checking in for--day 2, really, but my counter still says day 1. Think the discrepancy has something to do with clocks and time zones.
Yesterday was very tough, but I made it.

Day 1. Without P: day 1. I'm reading some material about rebooting and I remember someone saying that being healthy helps to reboot even faster and that's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to be more accountable about sleep and exercise, mainly. Also focusing on no PMO, of course. Right now I'm determined to not even look at sexy content online or think about it.
