Day 13 completed today
1 week today. Trying to have faith in myself I can do this. I have been able to succeed before, but I feel like I'm starting all over after my recent setbacks. However I will not give up. Let us all keep doing our best.
i guess, it's better to do nofap till 90 days or something, and then go to mo once a week.

Today I felt a very strong urge to MO after seeing a news anchor. But I immediately recognised the trigger and remembered my pledge of NoFap. No matter how you avoid triggers and temptations,the mind will surely trick you and try to convince your consciousness towards PMO. By seperating your identity from the body and deriving sense of self from purest of conscience will keep PMO away

My bane has arrived, Weekend.
Had a tough day yesterday with family issues and
this morning I felt like watching porn to escape from the feelings.
It was a close call but the urge has passed for now.
lollusk, I think that's a very bad idea based on experiences of other fapstronauts. It's very common to see reports of people who completed a challenge or big streak and tried to just fap once or to start fapping in a regular schedule and went back to their addictions. This kind of thought is an excuse your brain is creating because it wants the hormones that come when you masturbate. However, there is something called chaser effect, which is: after an orgasm, your brain craves even more pleasure specially within a few days. That makes it extremely hard to maintain a set schedule for masturbation like once a week or once a month.
Also, there is a misconception that regular masturbation is healthy and necessary. Masturbation in any amonut might be harmful to you, but most people don't even realise because they're very used to it. The benefits we see during a streak were being turned off because of masturbation and porn.
Day 6. Without P: day 6. I've been thinking more about sex. Even if it isn't something I feel that isn't going to bring me to a relapse, I know it probably will if I just let these thoughts free.
