Day 0. Been struggling for most of this year, but I will NOT give up. I figure I've seen enough brain-numbing, stomach-churning, soul-sapping porn for one lifetime.
I need leave PMO behind me, and reach for something more positive. I'm sticking with this challenge and trying again.
5/30. I should avoid over sleep and get more active.Keep going guys.All the best.
Day 2. Without P: day 3. I've been feeling good, but my sleep is a mess. I want to read a lot of books that I barely touched and keep exercising and eating well. I also want to take better care of my hygiene. Even though I'm usually very clean, in the last few days I didn't take good care of myself in that sense.
