@YooHoo That's ok brother. relapse is on opportunity to learn from our mistakes. Make sure to to never repeat the mistake that lead you to relapse. That's what's most important.
Days 3 (15) + 4 (16)
Honestly it’s all a grind. Sometimes I feel I can bounce back after a relapse, other times I just get sick of trying. In the end time just keeps passing by.
That’s basically what keeps happening to me. It’s not that I traverse mass media searching for erotica, it’s just I got the images and the faces and the bodies stuck in my head and I haven’t been able to shut them out. 99% of my relapses occur from stuff I’ve already seen coming back to mind, and driving my urges.

Know that those images are temporary and the more you stay away from porn, the weaker the images become
The key is to not fight the urges and accept that it’s there. Whenever you have an urge, it means that you have energy so in that time, you can do some pushups until you feel exhausted. Fill out your days with hobbies such as exercising, reading, sports, etc... anything you like and those images will soon fade Insha Allah
Also the most important change you can make is the environment so give this article a read and implement it in your life

In the end you're stronger. I know what you mean though, it just feels like a grind at times. Up until now has still been worth it, not letting the reward pathways for addiction to keep growing.
