Hey guys starting at day 1 today. Wish me luck!
@harryson34 It looks like you're fairly early on in your Nofap journey, is this correct? What are your go-to strategies/lessons/learnings so far?
Day 10 done.
I feel like I'm as dedicated to doing this as I can be, but there was a time yesterday when I felt a strong urge to start looking at videos and it was 50-50 whether I was going to give in. I didn't, but I'm worried about how easily it could happen. No particular trigger that I was aware of, just a mind bent on being stimulated. I need to bring more mindfulness into these moments so I can see them for what they are and turn away.
Good job man! Mindfullness is key indeed, as you are increasingly able to pick your thoughts and/or reactions.
I'm on day 19/30. I had some hard times, but my libido is close to non-existent last few days, which is nice I guess. Hard to say if I am experiencing certain beneftis (such as energy, motivation) as I am feeling kinda tired/sick-ish last few days. Not sure if it's a part of the healing proces?

I'm doing this so I can finally clear up some mindspace again for things like academic and creative work. Because unlike the time wasted with porn consumption, that will be something I can hold on to and proudly remember.
Yesterday I fell down, so I'm resetting my challenge.

Thanks for your encouragement! Having my libido back off for a few days would be very welcome and I'm sure it will come in time. In the meantime, day 11 is done and on to day 12.
I hope you start feeling better.
Been struggling all of September and the other months before it too so want to use October as a fresh start and start building up my streaks again to start getting back to a healthy mindset so here's to 30 days!
