Day zero of 30. Been up and down lately, took a break from the site. Need to gain some resolve, I want to beat this “addiction” but my actions don’t match my words.
42 days overall, 7, 14 and 21 day challenges done. Day 0 in this one. Let's go!
Day 19 done
Day 0 again.
Messing up in the morning. Gotta get up and get to my morning routine instead of laying around.
@Dorian Dashwood had the same problem. Developed habit of fapping every morning and wouldnt wake before I fap.
It helped me to wake up asap and outside of the house.
Or when I was really tired I used headphones and meditation -> you build self awareness and can manage your thoughts better step by step.
Hi everyone, I’ve jump on the bandwagon. I’ve been struggling trying to quit porn for 5years and nothing worked out. A little background about me, I’ve been masturbating to porn compulsively from a tender age of 17 to 22. I was at my lowest these 5years, my grades were bad, I was wasting a lot of time on porn and neglected work/school assignments. My porn-induced anxiety and depression was hindering my mental and physical well-being. I will reclaim what pornography took away from me, my happiness, my mental health everything. Day 0/30, Let’s rock on!!
Day 20 done. The last few days have been difficult. I've feeling angry at myself and my state of mind has often been negative. Probably as a result of this I've had more urges to PMO to struggle with. I've been able to cut most of them off pretty quickly but have followed a few farther in my mind than I should have. I'm hoping this is just a temporary stage and a part of the withdrawal from addiction that will pass.
I'm unfortunately back to Day 0. Work got to me today.
