Day 1, finally!
Day zero again. I swear I’ll beat this. Day zero of 30
Day 3/30, felt better than before, working out to keep my mind distracted

10 days in to this challenge, 52 days overall. 2 week no M as well - an added goal after no P. On we go!!

To do 30 days another time is a dream, i hope it will come true this time

I made it to Day 1. I had a tough battle with urges while sleeping, but I won by focusing on my breathing.
