Day two of 30
I was sleeping and woke up a tiny bit, realising I was dreaming about certain things. Then I started to mix up what was real and what was a dream. No P, no O and a small bit of M. It could have been worse but I could have stopped it earlier as well - I was pursuing the situation way too long, both mentally and physically.
starting over but as I do it, I will start with the 1-day challenge, the 3, 7, 14, 21 days. When I have don all of them without a reset in between, I get back here.

16 days have passed. I felt some pain, my mind tried to tackle me, but I don't let myself even touch it, and cut any thought from its root, for the moment.
Day 13. Things done: meditation 15min, exercise bike 30min.
