    Day 30/30✅
    Lessons learned
    1) Expect Anything (Had severe waist pains at a point)

    2) Avoid exposure to any triggers ( Relapse is just one bad decision away)

    3) Channel your energy into productive things ( I did a 30 day workout + writing challenge).

    I'm gonna redo this challenge to end the year and consolidate my progress.

    Never give up!!!
