Little by little, a little becomes a lot.
For all of you guys that are returning from a binge or resetting the day counters, stay motivated. Be resilient and stay strong guys!

I read something from somewhere I really can't remember, but it states that, 'saying no at whatever point helps to build your character' and whenever I relapse, I remember this words. It's funny how sometimes we decide to get up and fight harder, after we've fallen. Also, I feel like I really want to do it, as in I want to watch P and the likes. I relayed yesterday night to P, but I told my, that constantly saying no is what will build my character, normally we could feel that since we've already relapsed, let's just continue till we reach climax or whatsoever. But the ability to say no early when we relapse or better still before we relapse is precious. My journal started yesterday, and I relapsed that night but it wasn't intense like the previous, very few videos and short time of watching, but a seeing those pictures that trigger is where the battle really is. I've listed a couple things I should do whenever I wake at night like praying, then a bit of learning, then watching interesting movies..., Then back to sleep. Well today must be different, I don't know how I can go through next year without relapsing. That's a goal.
