    So glad and grateful to be able to type that! I've been doing this challenge since January!! Now on to 60 days and beyond. Keep going everyone. This change is good, and very possible.

    Day 22/30

    We need to stay sharp, it all starts in the mind.
    Where do we put our attention, what do we focus on?
    The visible can be beautiful but we don't get fulfillment from it.
    We need to focus on the invisible, who are we as human beings?

    I need to be more diligent with my meditating, having two sessions, one during the day, if possible after waking, and another before bed as I'm having currently.
    Also to pay more attention to what my thoughts are during the day, to all of the chatter going on, but meditating should enhance that awareness as well.

    @MindfulWarrior you're completely right, following temporary temptations may be pleasurable in the moment, but that feeling does not last. Fulfillment will not be reached throgh factors outside of myself it has to come from within.

    Thanks @MindfulWarrior you have given me an idea. I am going to try to practice the "lo yong" meditation. By inspiring you take all your difficulties and your garbage and take it to the heart. In the heart where the great teacher is, it is transmuted into positive energy. And when I expire I give all that energy to myself.

    Day 23/30

    I think my last significant streak was either 23 or 27 days, in July of last year, since then it's only been 15 days at best, most of the time much shorter streaks. I wouldn't even call them "streaks" I was just recording the days on an app trying to indulge as little as possible, and somehow hoping I would just stop PMO. I was "trying" without really committing, there was no structure, no thought put into the process and frankly no energy it seems. It took me a while to merely gather the strength (and despair) to really try again.

    That is why I say, if you have a streak going, don't let it go. Don't even let yourself go to the point of having to resist urges, work on prevention: focus on your "why" everyday and spend time on the forum, read books on the matter etc. So your mind does not have to think twice whether you should relapse or not, it's crystal clear.

    You never know how long you'll be stuck in the loop, until you have the strength to go for it again, if you have something now, keep it, how much more misery do you need? What if you never make it? Stop wasting years, porn has nothing to offer you.
