On 29th day without masterbation but gonna try no porn for 30d so now starting with day 1

Day ZERO. So disappointing. Can stay away from P. Now gotta stay away from M ! Found what might be a PSUB which is ana- inser----. Can I do that without M ? And some youtube videos watched are like playing with high explosives. Consider a web filter ? Be strong. So many important things I should be doing!
