Alright im back. Its been a rough go the past few months. I put a few things in place to hopefully stop my addictions. I notice a big down fall of mine is scrolling youtube, or what not, all throughout the day and then by the time i get home I relapse. Manly because im in the "Next Click" mindset already. I want December to be a No Pmo Month thats my biggest goal right now. Good luck everyone.
