Finished day 2.
Yesterday I done succesfully with day 2.
I'm happy with this start, I tried several times the challenge the last year but I think I didn't have the correct mind set. I think right now I'm in the correct way to the glory and hapinness.
I'm really happy to share with this great community and group.
I will share some tips that are helping me:
+ Every morining I'm retaking my morning ritual: I wake up, clean and organize my room, meditate 8 minutes, brush my teeth, drink one glass of water, stretch my body... This take me like 20 min and after that I spent 30 minutes reading about NoFap, looking youtube videos of the topic and read this forum, just 30 minutes is enough.
After that I start my work day.
Yesterday I took some tutorials lessons of Salsa and go to dance in a "club" just 1 hour, was great, I felt more confidence dancing compared with the last week.

In the morning I was at school till late in the afternoons, I played some video games ,watched a wildlife documentary, and at night was studing, afterwards I was listening to a summit. Going to bed now.

Day 6, starting to feel a lot more confident in myself. Almost a whole week! My highest streak so far has been ten days and I’ve learnt a lot through my relapses. Going for 14 days, then onto thirty!
