It's my day 1 after relapse.i started my day at 5 am with exercise and yoga with writing my diary. I am feeling quite good for myself.

 

Hey , I relapsed today after 2 weeks. I don’t know how this forum really work. I mean do we get to talk with people in the same situation like on daily basis and set some targets together and support each other , I think that would help knowing there is someone out there for you. I kinda need a companion in this journey, doing it alone pretty hard.
