So not paying attention to no PMO don’t think about it. But... at 15ish hours breathing is a trigger. Anyone experienced the same thing?

I have been feeling sooo much better over all! My brain fog has been gling away and i am feeling more like a person and less numb!

Don’t give up man!!! It took me since November to win the 7 day challenge. There’s going to be some hard times but in the end it is so worth it!!!
