Man could you suggest some ways to resist I'm not able to do it.
The 17th day has passed.
For the people who think is hard, they are right.
But I know that if I will relapse all my struggle was in vain.
So I am thinking at the moment when I registered here and what was the reasons:
I want a better life. I want to have a normal sexual relation with my wife. I want and need to not have the problems mentioned here: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?posts/1340052/
So, for the persons who ask what to do I want you to know that over this 17 days of no PMO I have another 18 days. So I am actually on my 35th day.
First of all think at the reasons you are here for. Write it on a sheet of paper. Read it, if yo can, read it loud. Then start doing something else.
You can enter here and help others. You can go jogging. You can start watching funny clips. For example, I went on my balcony with bare foot and stayed in the snow for a minute. The cold makes your body stronger. Try to take cold showers, colder and colder. You have to exit from your comfort zone. Porn and masturbation is in your comfort zone. You like it, you are used to it, is part of your life. Read again the reasons you are here for. Read it often and try to do unusual things to be part of your program, to be part of your new comfort zone.
Write here often. You will see in your mind easier what happen if you relapse. Stay connected to the reasons for not relapsing.

Really felt a positive change today. Something inside shifted.
Something a bit more negative that happened is that I started to fantasize every once in a while about different women I see during the day. On the other hand, it's not something I really have control over, so when that happens I just let it wither away by itself. I know from past experience that active resistance only makes those fantasies stick around.
Day 25/30. Had a wet dream last night, but streaks will continue.

There are lots lf resources out there. I recommend incorporating as many as you can into your lifestyle. I come on this website when I’m horny and read success blogs and random blogs. A SA 12 step is a good idea. There’s lots of good books like ‘every man’s battle’ that can are based on avoiding lust. At the beginning it all starts with lust for me. If i can fight my battle at ‘not lusting’ instead of fighting it on what I’m going to MO to, that is a game changer for me. Worth noting i was a PA for 14 years and have 14 months without P or p-subs now by the grace of Christ. Private message me if you like!
