0/30. This might seems unrealistic for me, but I believe I will reach my first milestone. This is it, I'm all out.
Day3/30.i completely forgot I started this challenge cause I'm focusing on completing the 7days challenge then I'll switch to this one and complete it.if it doesn't count.please let me know I'll just start in once I complete the other challenge

Day 15. Over the course of yesterday, it seemed like I gained so much energy all of a sudden. Anyone else had that happen in such a short period of time?
I'd love to hear any other recent benefits people are feeling as well!
I'm cleaning stuff without even thinking about it. I'm playing with my pets more. I'm feeling social. I'm actually looking FORWARD to presenting my research at a conference next weekend. And I'm terrified of public speaking!! Who the heck am I? Halfway to May 6th!
I did the same thing. Couldn't handle 7 days, came here on a whim and it's worked great so far. Hope you'll find similar progress!
1/30 - After 19 days I failed. Huge one-day binge and hopefully a bigger lesson to make this run work.
