30/30 and kind of literally accidentally relapsed. Beware Instagram. Starting again tomorrow. Spent the past 30 days eating right so I think this 30 days I’m going to introduce some exercise to my daily routine

Day 13 out of 30, almost half way there! This is the longest I've gone without porn or masturbation in I don't know how long. It really feels great, I have a drive to get things done and push away the urges that I feel at times. This forum is really helping me keep accountable so I'm really happy about that. Just gotta go day by day.
