You cannot stop urges. You can only avoid triggers. When you have urges ride the wave so you can train your brain. Or distract yourself

6/30... Pretty easy day really.. I haven't gone on anything that would trigger it... No urges at all, and hardly any feelin.. Feels like a flatline really.. Which I prefer since I ain't doin anything, and don't plan on it..
Hi everyone, new user here and starting as of today with my first challenge.
5/30, still going, had temptations today but stayed strong
