Yes Guys, the whole holidays were I was in Russia I didn`t masturbate or something else. This vacation showed me some REALLY big things that changed my life a lot. Now I know why I always watched pornos. I was upset about that I was lonely. And because of that everybody joked about me. I was an idiot and heard about that what they said. Now I go my way. And well finally I found my love and friends and EVERYTHING I wanted.
What I try to say is guys, fight against this PMO or PM or whatever it`s called and MAYBE it can only work if you change your life. For example find new hobbies/interests or do them more, find new friends who can help you with your problems or where you feel better, where you can do things what you ever wanted or go more often out of the house. Or imagine if your son or daughter ask you if you watched porn and masturbated, what will you say to him? And what if your son/daughter got these problems too, how can you help him/her to solve it?
Try to look to the future and imagine everytime, what would be if I keep masturbating or what would be if I didn`t masturbated.
Now, I dit the 30 Days without PMO. What should I do next? Restart the counter and try 90 days? Or what?

 

Yo Bro, you`re right what you said. I`m religious too. God has "created" the sins that we humans should stay away from them, because it hurts ourself or is not healthy for us. If you feel guilty, it means that your brain says to you:"Yo dude, this was wrong what we just did" and thats ok, it means you make experience about pornos. And not only you think so, EVERYBODY here feels like you after doing it.
Where do your negative thoghts come from? I want to say to you that pornos don`t solve problems or something. They just make it worse.
And remember, God loves everybody and forgives everybody for mistakes what we did, because everybody makes mistakes and that`s not terrible. It`s a process of our development.
