Day 15/30 phew !!
I fapped...feeling sad.. :'( help please..
Days 14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24 and 25 are done; I have been in hospital and have not been using the internet. I hope you are all well today.
15/30 - half way there.
Hey buddy, give yourself like 5 mins. to feel bad about it, then get back up and try again. We've all failed, it's part of the process. Take what you've learned, see if you can set up a plan that will give you a better chance of success. Ask yourself what will you do when the urges come next time - exercise, read, do a crossword puzzle, talk a walk, meditate - whatever, just have some ideas in place and do your best to stick with the plan.

Reached Day 30 on 28th Sept but had two WDs in between but no PMO

Day 34 - feeling PMO urges in the past few days. Still haven't used social media in this streak and I don't miss it. Meditation is getting more of my attention and I'm enjoying giving my self 10 minutes a day to be mindful. I need to work on the autopilot of staring at attractive women when I'm out, as this has become a driver of my recent PMO urges.
