Congrats dear friend... I happy to here that you are regaining your will power. It gives me enough confidence to go ahead. All the best to your 60 day challenge. Keep yourself alert in coming days as alert you were for past 30 days.
18 days completed. But still I am struggling with what I am trying to get out of. Day dreaming... This is the first impulse for me which lead to porn So this is what I have to cut completely. I will be more alert today.

Some of the brain changes that show up in all kind of addictions:
1. Desensitisation: Reduced dopamine signaling and other changes leave the addict less sensitive to every day pleasure and hunger for dopamine rising activities and substances.
2. Sensitisation: An unconscious super-memory of pleasure, when activated, triggers powerful carvings. When an addict is subjected to a addiction related cue or thought, rewired nerve connections cause the reward circuit to a buss. Cues can be anything like turning on the computer, seeing a pop up, or being alone, triggers intense carving for porn.
3. Hypofrontality: Reduced brain activity in prefrontal region, which weakens the willpower in tye face of strong subconscious carvings. Alteration in the prefrontal region' grey matter and white matter cause to reduced impulse control and weakened ability to foresee consequences.
4. Dysfunctional stress circuit: Which makes even minor stress lead to carvings and relapse because they activate powerful sensitised pathways.
These are the four points that I need to remember and keep in mind. These four points totally describes the nature of porn addiction.
