Every day is important now!!! I had urges yest to look at porn pics...peeking leads to edging which leads to PMO leading back to square one...anxiety and nervous wreck!

Had a very busy week and didn't post, but have been keeping track.
Day 8 complete!
I finished my second day of NoFap and I'm going into my 3rd day. I must say despite waking up incredibly horny, I have prevailed and I spent the majority of my day reading as I noticed my focus has been greatly improved and I Just read the hell out of the books I was reading. I have been reading positive books on changes in the world as far as positivity goes such as programs to help people and stuff. It makes my heart happy to look at the good instead of the evil in the world!
After this, I'm doing another 30 straight.
Three weeks and it will be even better.
Hereby, I start a diet too. I remove sugar and Fast Food. For a month.
I know the Forum is about NoFap but you just give me the discipline I need.

I downloaded the Fap Watch app for my phone yesterday. It simply shows the days, hours and seconds since the last time you fapped. It also shows your history of streaks.
My biggest time of temptation is when I wake up in the middle of the night. It helps to just open the app and look at the seconds ticking.

Does anybody have any ideas on what to do when you wake up in the middle of the night? Should I use try to use the time productively or just concentrate on getting back to sleep?

You should probably go back to sleep and get back up when your alarm rings , get at least 6 hours of sleep a night so you will not fall asleep in day time.
