8 days and including a week end ... 5 day on 1h sport a day ... but I know wehn it gets closer to the 10 days things get into next level for me I feel urges come now with diffrent angel - why is the addicted brain so smart
26/30 days. Some urges today, but not bad. I have a note that I wrote to myself shortly after my last reset, reminding myself just how it feels to return to old behaviours. I'm finding that this helps discourage myself from doing it again.
9 Days. Grateful for another day with no PMO. At this point I don't care how many days the counter says as long as it is does not say Day 0.
Well back to day 0 cause I just MOd. Still no P for the last 26 days which is great but would like to be free of PMO for at least 90 days but starting with this challenge.
