First day to no PMO
19 days on the mountain.
Cold shower before going to bed helped me not to edge.

Edgin is one of the worst things you could do. In my opinion, it's almost equal as relapse. It destroyed my 40 days success. It's good if cold shower helps you to prevent this.

Yes, as I understand it, dopamine is not the reward drug, it's the anticipation drug. It of course has a reward element that makes us feel good, but the majority of what it's about is making us want more. It is key to what motivates us to do anything at all in life. People who are extremely depressed who cannot even get out of bed have very low dopamine levels. When you orgasm, it is something else entirely that is 100% reward. So edging without orgasm could go on forever, with a steady stream of dopamine ruining your brain. It would be better to orgasm, get it all over with, and minimize your losses.
