I have idea for you to complete this challenge: 1. Change your smartphone with vintage handphone (no internet connection, just able to call & sms) for 1 month only. 2. Lend your laptop or PC to your friend. Avoid internet. 3. Stay together in a dormitory Hopefully it helps

Been away from nf for a while, so on-and-off, but I feel like I need to go back to a more positive state of mind. For me that would start with a 30 days challenge, which has always been like an upper limit for me. So: Day 1 !
Day 2: Spent the better half of the day without urge. But its really hard to control it in the night, especially sitting in front of the laptop and not surfing the PMO (Work hufff). Taking regular breaks in between work to avoid PMO distraction. Keeping my partner near by to check my work Checking the replies for the forum post in Nofap does help in controlling the urge -not to forget the counter.
