Day 4:
I can feel the intensity of the changes every day. I haven't felt any relapse throughout the day. Once I am out of bed, I have decided not to relapse and motivated myself to concentrate in the task in hand. It really helped, whenever the energy drops I tried taking a break and chatted with my friends.
One habit that helped me to maintain the positivity is regular bed time. For the past one week I have rescheduled my bed time and I have been maintaining till today. It helps me to stay active and positive. A good going so far.
