One day at a time.
Count me in. Day 1 for me
I’m making a conscious decision to stay off of my phone as much as possible. Also I’m keeping a handwritten journal which seems to be helping me out!
hello im new here, today is my first day

Day 14/30. There is an urge. I feel lazy and seem to have been playing games to get dopamine instead? I don't feel a sense of an accomplishment ....
day 8. Busy with running some new businesses. Starting to feel that the key to defeating this is through focused actions that are healthy.
I've been doing this and have been getting way more done
Stress is packing up. Going through a breakup with my longtime girlfriend. Stress was one of the key triggers but I am doing my best to manage it
Day 10 ... I think
day 9...not everyday will be perfect. But keep remembering your purpose of starting. There is so much more that will come out of patience and dedication
Day 2. No urges, no real anxiety like other days past two weeks. My eye floaters keep being very distracting though like always.
