28/30 I stayed away from images completely I didn't tempt myself at all. I keep busy and focus on other things, this is the only way that I find this manageble
Sup playas, I just did 30 days!!..... and just relapsed. Yea I fucked up, but I havn’t reached 30 days in 5 years. Couldn’t break 4 days if my life depended on it, and the past 3 months i’Be done a week, 14 days, 5 days, 8 days and now 30 days. I’m happy with the roll but I need to brush this off and start again. I had relapse wiht M after 7 days of NoPMO. Now After completing 21 days challenge I will have challenge of 30 days. So That's 0/30 days.
25 days completed... But my mind is still out of control. I need to spend at least 30 min per day for journaling and thus to sort out my mind.
