Personally I try to make a habit of looking away when I feel triggered. It takes self control but after a while it gets easier to do. I also try to avoid looking at women when am on the streets bcos I end up objectifying them too.
Ps. Try to make as much eye contact as possible. Look at the eyes then away from the person: side to side or up but down is usually not a good idea.

April 22nd = 30 days!
at day 25 I relapsed. Starting over again. I really want to reach 30 days, this challenge is starting to be really important to me.

Day 8 was yesterday, today is day 9. Going to work soon... then Going to bed.
day 26...stick with your new habits and see them through. This will help you with urges in times of need.
Feeling okay. I have lot of mood swings nowadays.
Fapstronauts, I have had weird dreams. When I am sleeping I see lots of different images like if I was watching porn pictures in a website. One after each other non-stop.
I also dreamed that I was about to relapse. I was convincing myself to do it. I was in front of my laptop trying to decide I was going to do it or not...
In the past I tried to stop porn by myself, without help, and I almost lasted a month. This time, only 3 days and it feels already harder.
Read good books before going to sleep. Or use Headspace app for better sleep.
