Sorry I wasnt more clear, basically If you are feeling triggered, look away. Looking down shows weak body language which doesn't help you in anyway so try to keep it to a minimum. I find looking left,right or up for a second or two helps me keep control of myself. Then I make eye contact so that the person am talking to knows they have my attention. Also the more time you spend making eye contact, the less time you spend looking at what triggers you. Hope this helps.

I hate it, I relapsed. I really hate it, this is so stupid. I found a gap in my Macbook how to watch porn or pics and i cannot close it. Wrote to apple Feedback that they close the gap. I did for an half year for the iphone 10 times a week under different Names and changed text. And i was succesful. Once I relapsed with my Iphone 5s. I smashed the hammer on it, till it was not functional (did not work on my Nokia) and after that I was clean for two months. I dont want to sell the MacBook, but also dont want to relapse anymore.
