Day3/30... sorry i ddnt check in yesterday. My schedule was tight.
But that i need to work on. If my schedule is too tight fir me to check in, that isnt a life i want to have. Need to prioritise my time properly.

If you only feel temptations at night, I'd suggest you to tire yourself out before you sleep so that you wouldn't even have the energy to fap. Sleeping in a cold room temperature would help, cold showers helps as well
Day 1. Couldn't check in yesterday because I did relapse again and didn't want to admit my own faults. However back to current events, I had those horrible symptoms from PMO throughout the day such as brain fog, awkwardness, mental fatigue, etc... but the benefits are not all gone. I can still talk to strangers with little to no social anxiety so that's a plus. Moving on...
