If you only feel temptations at night, I'd suggest you to tire yourself out before you sleep so that you wouldn't even have the energy to fap. Sleeping in a cold room temperature would help, cold showers helps as well
Day 1. Couldn't check in yesterday because I did relapse again and didn't want to admit my own faults. However back to current events, I had those horrible symptoms from PMO throughout the day such as brain fog, awkwardness, mental fatigue, etc... but the benefits are not all gone. I can still talk to strangers with little to no social anxiety so that's a plus. Moving on...

Day 2 at the gym today. I have been feeling this for a while now, so I really gotta say my life has improved after a stopped PMO. Almost Everything is the same, I just feel better about it

Here we are. Feeling a bit more tempted today than yesterday. Have some time at home alone, so I hope to keep busy and stay outta trouble. Day 4, here we come!

Ok. 21 days for me. Went out with 'friends'. Drank a bit too much. Liked a girl. Danced with her. Tried to kiss her. No luck. My 'friend' got into trouble. I had to take him out of the venue to stop a fight. The other friends kept dancing like nothing.... I'm back home now but is being real hard to stop PMO. I have a very good excuse to do it. I decided to come here and share my story instead despite how much I need porn now (the urge is very strong now). I better go to bed. I hope it helps someone.
