Along with other complimentary energy exercises the one that was helpful the most in making a 28 days streak as easy as a 7 days streak is probably maha mudra, the sexual energy is just waaay more tame! I strongly recommend it for anyone who's struggling, although be careful to properly prepare for it, first time I tried it I strained my lower back.

Day 11. Been fighting a bit more the urge recently.... Need to find a way to level myself out so I don't have a relapse. Any suggestions?
I've been procrastinating alot of late and it hasn't helped me stay on track. Back to day 0. Working on getting over procrastinating. This will really help me in my NoFap journey. Let's do this.

Absolutely. We have a tendency to procrastinate because of our fear of failure... that feeling can lead to feeling worthless, and then we turn to PMO. It's a vicious cycle. Hang in there.
