Day 2 "The Fall"
Day 5/30. Gonna stay up late tonight and watch some College Football replays. Going to prove that I can withstand the temptation tonight. It’s gonna feel so great to go to bed tonight with a sense of victory. Just wanted to put it out there so I can have a strong sense of accomplishment. Appreciate the support of this forum.
Day 9/30 today was a great day, tomorrow I'll start my workout since I joined a gym today. Keep yourself busy, keep happy thoughts. Let's go brothers!
I got relapsed 2 days ago with M.
So Day 2/30
Back to day 0 for me. Really frustrated at the moment but i'll push through.
Day 14. Longest streak ever. Can’t get complacent now...must keep going!

3/10. Feel motivated, took a pencil and a paper and wrote down the things that I would like to do in my life.

Day 4! woke up early again, feeling heaps of energy and concentration again
