Day 0/30. Yesterday I failed after 11 days. This morning I didn't regret but now I feel bad. I need to start again, evaluating how much I must learn about humility and empathy. It seems that anything has sense... I feel sad.

Day 19/30, this afternoon was quite tough, I thought of M, I started reading some posts on the NoFap subredit, felt inspired by some of the posts and the urge past. I hope it gets easier, but what I realize is that you can never slack in your effort.Keep fighting it no matter what!

Have small urge to watch porn but still can contain it. Hope it will less urge for tomorrow

Really just staying offline except for checking in here once a day. Even deleted more apps from the smart phone. Things such as pinterest and instagram and even eBay are in the Yellow light zone for me. Does anyone else here work with the traffic light method for website content?
Green are website that are ok and no risk whatsoever. Yellow are the "gray area" website where I have to ask myself what the heck I'm doing there in the first place. Red are the websites that we all know so well. Maybe I'll start a discussion about this somewhere else on the forums
