Restart due to unexpected stress but I'm ready
Count me in! I'm already on day 3 so I will have finished this challenge by day 33, could really do with some advice on how to deal with withdrawal symptoms I'm going through them at the moment!

Exercise and keep busy with things you enjoy doing. Eat well. Never edge or feed lascivious thoughts. Take cold showers if you want to, as they tend to lower urges.

Check in day 1 of this challenge feeling exhausted from withdrawal, but no choice but to stay strong, the alternative is unimaginably worse! Stay strong everybody! We must win! ❤️
