Day 3/30. Getting urges again, so I need to watch my thoughts and stay strong to keep clear of this addiction
After, 3,7,14 and 21 now here, it works for me
Restart due to unexpected stress but I'm ready
Count me in! I'm already on day 3 so I will have finished this challenge by day 33, could really do with some advice on how to deal with withdrawal symptoms I'm going through them at the moment!

Exercise and keep busy with things you enjoy doing. Eat well. Never edge or feed lascivious thoughts. Take cold showers if you want to, as they tend to lower urges.
