Lol day 3 back at it again boys and girls
Reset the counter due to excessive fantasizing. Day 1.
Day 1/30 is done.
Day 2. Forgot to post yesterday. Urges at times, but just trying to ride them out.
Day 5 of this challenge keep going everybody
DAY 5... Feeling good about me
Early on day 3. Feeling good. The gym is an amazing tool for not only the body, but more importantly, THE BRAIN. Get in the gym, friends and get those negative thoughts outta your heads.
Near Day 4 ...
Sorry to hear that man, what matters now is surviving each day, while keeping your mind focused. Remove all every thing causing triggers. I deactivated my Facebook account, blocked every contact of people who are posting things that might trigger. Do the same, be aggressive if you have to. I have only whatsapp I'm musing to communicate with family and friends back home I'm in another country. I have blocked every necessary trigger. I suggest you assess the situation and do the same. Never give up man, let's keep pushing and let resist the temptations everyday. ✌️
Day 5 done,
My head has never been this clear. Versus those feelings of weakness, shame and guilt. I don't want those and I'm gonna fight every day to keep the current state mind. Yes mental freedom over everything.

I am disgusted, devastated by this bad habit. SIN.
