Day 23 Apologies for not checking in more often. I'm feeling stronger now. The desire to fap is weaker, but still there.
Stay strong everyone. If you feel the urge to fap, slowly count backwards from 10 to 1. On 'one' just get up and move on with something else. Later, examine where that urge came from and how it made you feel. This worked for me a few times.
Day 7 now
Day 6 of this challenge feeling exhausted but better at the same time keep going everybody!
Reset yesterday. Day 1/30 today.

Feeling great, clear mind Performance in my fitness routine is insane. Preforming much better at work. I'm more happier then before. I want to feel like this all the time. So I'm gonna keep doing what I do. I'm gonna keep moving towards the future and leaving the past behind me ✌️

Day. 3. Had a great time yesterday. Had a great service, slept for a while, did some studying, played basketball with my family, did some ironing, watched some fun entertaining and educative videos(no trigger content). Overall it was a very satisfying day. Not feeling any headaches, which is great. Looking forward to making the most of today.
yesterday i relapsed and today i am feeling so much urge again i don't know how to defeat this problem :/
