Day 1 for this challange.

Day. 3. Had a great time yesterday. Had a great service, slept for a while, did some studying, played basketball with my family, did some ironing, watched some fun entertaining and educative videos(no trigger content). Overall it was a very satisfying day. Not feeling any headaches, which is great. Looking forward to making the most of today.
yesterday i relapsed and today i am feeling so much urge again i don't know how to defeat this problem :/

0/30 I didnt do my 20 min meditation ... Sigh. Resetting now.
Day 2/30 is done.

Don't give up. You will need a lot of perseverance to defeat your poor habits.

Day 1 and 2 was normal. Good thing is I didn't get urge to beat myself.
Instead, I got the motivation to study.
Felt awesome after reading for around 2 hours.
