Day 6/30 is done.
Today, overall it was good. But I had few mood fluctuations.
Even today due to fantasizing, there was slight leakage.
I have to become more careful.
This is what is keeping me motivated...
We all have to fight together.
We all will fight together.
We all will WIN!!
First post and really want to reach the 30 pmo!

The short term goal is 10 Days...
Felt pretty good this AM. Waking up with morning wood and good to know that this PIED is just that, porn-induced rather than circulatory or mechanical. PIED is psycho-physiological, so again the bright side is that we can make change through habit and action. No drugs will cure what we have but that's also the bright side....WE DON'T REQUIRE DRUGS.
That said, I have some free time after work and had urges. That's one of my triggers - IDLE TIME.
IDLE TIME leads to PMO or worse - looking at escort/massage ads which gives me just as bad of a dopamine hit.
Therefore, my IDLE TIME is a lack of PLANNING/STRUCTURE. My weak link is not keeping busy.
Step one is to be aware and recognize your triggers. What are yours?
