SAT 17/30 ENERGY MANAGEMENT It's important to manage your energy just as much as it is to manage your time, as discussed in my last post. If you dedicate your energy towards physical training/exercise, rather than jacking off or simply watching porn and/or visiting hookers/massage parlours as in my case, you'll be healthier and ultimately a better man. It's not that NoFap gives you superpowers; that's bullshit. Rather, it's that you reclaim your energy and direct it towards more productive and healthy things that improve your life. Try this next time you get the urge...pull your pants back up, close your browser and do 10 push ups or squats. Urges gone. Strength obtained.
Day 22: Had nothing planned for today. Hence facing few triggers. I won't give up. I should be safe, I won't open any risky websites. Day 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 was awesome.
