Day 5 for me, I went to the gym last evening. Today, I’ll keep myself busy and occupied

DAY 20 out of 30!
I predict a tough day today, I ate a ton of junk food last night. Need to clean out my system with some sweating and hydration.
I commit to you today, through the help of our mutual Higher Power, that JUST FOR TODAY, I will not engage in PMO, and I will be diligent to root out misleading thoughts and subtle habits of action which may lead me toward PMO.
Day 1 done this morning....back to doing origami and reading books...got to keep busy and occupied.....a day at a time...let's get this.....
