I would keep the counter going, but keep track of when your 30th day is, which would be the 44th then.

 

It can be hard to talk to women when you don't have much experience or confidence to do so. I find working out helps build my self-esteem, and I would consider myself an introvert as well. I don't have much of problem when it comes to talking to girls, granted I'm not crushing on them. Just keep pushing yourself to do a little more each day and socialize, we won't meet again most the people we talk to anyways unless you form a connection. Just keep trying, you got this, man.

 

Day 17: Today was a good day. Got more and more tired as I went from class to class, though. Feeling alright. Haven't felt the urge in a while.

I was feeling lonely yesterday so I logged into an old email account to see if an old friend, who I had cut off communication with sometime ago, had emailed me recently. I should probably get rid of that email account.
