Come on man, you can do it. This journey is not one where improvements are accumulating exponentially; they are rather accompanied by many "Downs".
We have to go through these Ups and Downs. For now, just avoid the chaser effect and come back stronger than before. Don't be angry with yourself but keep going. Then think in small steps, start your next day with "Today I'm gonna be free from PMO". Do this everyday and rather forget about the big goals (e.g. 90 days of noPMO) you have set before. Whenever you feel the urge remember why you are doing nofap. What do you want to achieve? Keep reminding yourself of that. Also, do not hestitate to ask for help on the forums because we are all here to help each other.
Myself experienced a hard day yesterday. However, I reminded myself of the reason why I am doing this and I asked for help on one of the forums; it defo helped. So, just stay positive and keep going; together we will do it!

I'm really sorry all, above all sorry for myself.. I've been doing porn since 2006, masturbation since 2012 this who I am, I've ventured into so many therapy session in vein to stop it but it comes back after I'm done with the therapy.. I once tried Abstaining from Porn and Masturbation for 5O+ days but it came back after the 50th day.. I was happy doing this challenge until the 19th day, today now I've relapsed and can't do it again.
I don't think I'll be able to stop this dirty act but I'm happy to have shared this challenge with Amazing people. Thanks
