Hi guys!!! I have completed the 3 day, 7 day , 14 day and just today the 21 day challenge. So, I'm enrolling myself in the 30 day challenge.If I manage to complete this challenge, it will be the first big milestone of my NoFap journey. Wish me luck so I can come out with flying colours. day 22 starts now officially.

Bro, we all have been where you are right now. To make things easier, start by not thinking about what you should do, and instead think about what you should not do. Like for example, if a movie arouse you try not to watch lots of TVs, same goes for TV shows. If seeing lots of models pictures on instagram arouse you, try to unfollow all on all social medias. That's why its more helpful to try and use reddit more, and less of other social media. Goodluck.
