1/2 for June.
Today I stayed with the healthy diet and I'm quite pleased with myself now!
June so far: 2 out of 7 days sugar-free
Not quite enough veg yesterday.
Accountability or not - that is the question!
Living as healthy as I can with all my effort for 30 days, learn and improve or continuing as the puppet of my own cravings and suffer from too much sugar?
From tomorrow on it is "no sugar" again. I need to be strict.
50% success during the next 10 days would be ... good.
I really fell off the wagon between last Friday and today. I'm back on now! Hopefully, to stay, at least for a while.
