I decided to make yesterday a treat day. But I ate just a little too much sugar for even a treat day.

Quoting myself to remind myself of my goals. Day 0/30, but I want to start this again tomorrow. Today was definitely a 'treat day', and I gained a bit of weight over Christmas. As of this morning, was back down to 192 lbs. Target weight is 154 lbs (11 stone in British measurements).

Baby weaning is going great, he's a great little eater, loves his fruit and vegetables, lentils, nut butter (unsweetened and unsalted of course), bread, yogurt, rice, etc. He is healthier than I am, which of course is the idea!

Weekend wasn't bad but I did go slightly over my calory limit today so I will reset. Tomorrow I am back at university so it will be my challenge to pack healthy lunch and not be tempted to snack all day...

Yeah, that's super hard. I would pack lots of pre-washed and vegetables (baby carrots, broccoli florets) and portable, easy fruit (apples, bananas) with me when I had to commute for the day. But the real challenge is staying satiated. Fruits and veg alone won't do it. It's especially hard if you've got a break room where people bring junk. Good luck! Got any recipe ideas?

    Awesome, keep it up!

And just be ready for pickiness to increase. If it does, it's developmental, totally normal.

Hey Frane, welcome! I wrote out some instructions in the very first post of this thread. Do those make sense?

Since I'm having trouble going on sustained runs, I'm going to shift to a 7 day challenge. If I complete a couple, maybe I'll raise the bar.
