Today's the day I get back on track! So far, 1 veg, 1 fruit, 3 cups of water, no sugar.

i want to get on some more strictness about my diet, but i'm still working out the details - but it will be something like no food after 4pm and some limited amount of veggies that are high in carbs...

Yeah, I'm still here--by myself. I've been having a tougher go of it lately. But I'm still fighting!
@Philosophical_Dad, good to hear, so now do you take a 7-day challenge to make a breakthrough with those things?
gonna skipp the junk and have one cheat day - but even that not in excess...
I'm back! Didn't keep track this week-end. But I'm starting strong today.
so my diet is a bit complex, but food by 4pm is the rule with exception of one day a week - of my choosing/adaptation, usually 3 meals per day, 2 if i can pull it off now and then, it would be nice to make it ONE now and then too, and on cheat day i can have extra meal and extra snack
other then that just limited carbs to a reason, that's it for now
I'm back, after a few days' layoff. Things have felt pretty rough lately, particularly work and parenting. Stress, technology, and unhealthy behaviors were in a little feedback loop.
But I'm back! And off to a good start today. All I can do is my best.
Didn't drink quite enough water yesterday (that's always the hardest part) and had just a little too much sugar. But I did eat pretty well, on the whole, as I tried to reach my goal.
